The art of self-care is a radical practice that allows us to slow down, nurture ourselves and enjoy the transition of spring into summer. Join Kameko and Adam for a three hour workshop devoted to practicing self-care through restorative yoga and hands on massage, accompanied by live music. This beloved workshop is the perfect time to de-stress, slow down and show yourself some love!
Blissful body is intended for yogis of all levels and ages. We take this opportunity to slow down, relax, tune-in and let the magic unfold – taking delight in the richness of the moment.
Join yoga teachers and bodyworkers, Kameko and Adam, for a blissful experience filled with chanting, breath, simple flowing sequences, restorative postures, hot rocks, aromatherapy and hands on massage. We will finish with a musical offering in an extended savasana to leave you deeply renewed and connected to your own body. For the majority of this extended practice you will be in restorative yoga postures. You will receive intuitive and specific healing massage from a team of talented massage therapists assisting the workshop. No experiences necessary, all are welcome!
