Cancellation Policy for Nurture in Nature Retreat January 18-23 2026

If you change or cancel your booking:

  • If you, or any member of your party, change or cancel your travel arrangements at any time, written notification from the person who made the booking must be received by us via email at nadigirlayurveda@gmail.com .

  • Deposits of $1000 are non refundable at point of sale.

  • If you pay a deposit ($1000) and do not pay the remaining balance before Oct 15, 2025 (or make a mutually agreed upon payment plan) you forfeit the 1000 and the room will be released for other clients to book.

  • For single occupancy cancellations. If you pay in full and cancel BEFORE October 15, 2025, we will reimburse you the room balance minus the $1000 deposit and cc fees.

  • For double occupancy cancellations of whole room. If you pay in full and cancel BEFORE October 15, 2025, for a double room for two people and you both cancel we will reimburse you the balance minus $2000 deposit and cc fees.

  • For double occupancy cancellations of partial room. If you pay in full and cancel BEFORE October 15, 2025, there are 3 scenarios

    1. Double room for two people, with two beds and only you cancel, we will reimburse your half of the room minus the $1000 deposit and cc fees.

    Since you paid together, this is only referring to your half of the room, 25% of the total room value minus the deposit.

    2. If you book a double room for two people with 1 bed and one of you cancel, the remaining person will either need to find someone to bring to share the bed,

    or upgrade to the single room price, which will be deducted from your payment and then the remainder reimbursed minus of ther deposit of 1000 and cc fees.

    3. If you paid in full for 1 person in a shared room (we find roommate) and you cancel we will reimburse you the room balance minus the $1000 and cc fees.

  • If you cancel AFTER October 15 2025: 100% of the payments will be forfeited. 

    We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance encase you need to cancel. Or check your credit card polcies to see if you are protected. We are small business, thank you so much for your understanding.

If we change or cancel your booking:

Once your booking has been confirmed, we will make every effort to provide you with the booked travel arrangement. Occasionally, it may be necessary to amend or cancel the whole or part of your booking.

We will notify you of any alteration or cancellation as soon as we reasonably can.

Independent travel arrangements (e.g. flights, airport parking, car hire, etc.) that you may arrange separately do not form part of our contract with you. Should we need to make changes to your travel arrangements, we will not be liable for any amendment or any cancellation charges incurred by you in respect of any such independent travel arrangements. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you encase of any unforseen circumstances. Credit cards companies also often offer travel and purchase insurance, so feel free to review your policies.

If, before the start of your trip, we are constrained by circumstances beyond our control to significantly alter any of the main characteristics to your arrangement, we will offer you the choice of either (a) accepting the changed arrangements (b) accepting an offer for an alternative arrangement with comparable facilities from us, if available (we will refund you any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value) which includes a rescheduled date of the event or (c) cancel your booking completely in which case we will refund you all monies paid by you minus the credit card fees incurred. These options do not apply to any minor changes we may make, which may include, but are not limited to, change of accommodation for another of the same or a higher standard, change of yoga teacher, or change in the schedule and number of yoga classes during the retreat.

Events Beyond Our Control 

  1. If we are required to make a significant change or cancel your booking as a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control which may include but not are limited to : civil unrest, natural and nuclear disaster, any failure to secure flying rights, pandemics, unavoidable and unforeseeable technical problems with transport, airport closures, reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers, or potential severe weather conditions.

  2. If we are required to cancel your booking because the minimum numbers of booking requirements have not been reached and we have notified you more than 60 days prior to the retreat and provide you a full refund minus credit card fees or an option to hold your reservation for a newly scheduled date. We recommend booking non refundable airfare after the 60 day mark. We recommend travel insurance for all participants.

  3. In the specific case of COVID-19 and pandemic related issues: we will not cancel the retreat based on any surges of cases in the US or Mexico or increased travel advisories. We will only cancel the retreat in the event that the Mexico and US border is closed or the Mexican Government requires us too.

  4. In the event that The Retreat Center is forced to close or alter their reservations with us, due to the pandemic or other natural disasters or political unrest, they will offer us a rescheduled date in which we will transfer your payment too. In this event, we will either transfer your reservation or provide you a full refund minus the 30% deposit. In the case of two reschedule dates we will offer full refunds including deposit and minus credit card fees.
