Yoga Veda Trainings 2026 -Enrollment, Cancellation, Refund Policy

The following terms apply to all Yoga Veda teacher trainings and are intended to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual accountability. By enrolling in any training program, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

All trainings require a $1,000 USD non-refundable deposit to secure your space. This deposit is applied toward your total tuition and is non-refundable under all circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing medical travel insurance or securing your payment with a credit card that offers trip interuption coverage. We have used: Safety Wing and Allianz

2. Cancellations Initiated by the Student

200-Hour Trainings

If you choose to cancel your enrollment at any time:

  • All payments made excluding the $1,000 non-refundable deposit may be eligible for partial refund depending on the timeline (outlined in Section 3).

  • If you withdraw after the training has begun, no refunds will be issued for any payments made.

  • You will forfeit all accumulated training hours and will not be eligible for certification.

300-Hour Hybrid Training

For students who pay in full: If you are unable to complete the training for any reason, we may evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis. If appropriate, we may offer a credit toward a future training. Please note that future training dates are not guaranteed (e.g., 2027 dates are not yet confirmed), and you assume this risk when choosing to withdraw.

For students on a monthly recurring payment plan:If you choose to withdraw from the program at any point, it is your responsibility to cancel any remaining scheduled payments.

  • No refunds will be issued for payments already collected.

  • All training hours completed to date will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for 300-hour certification.

3. Refund Timeline (Student-Initiated Cancellation Before Start Date)

  • More than 60 days before the start date:
    Refund of all payments minus the $1,000 non-refundable deposit and any credit card/processing fees.

  • 30–60 days before the start date:
    50% refund of payments made minus the $1,000 non-refundable deposit and processing fees.

  • Less than 30 days before the start date:
    No refunds will be issued for any payments made.

4. Transfers (Changing to a Future Training)

Requests to transfer to a future training are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If approved, the $1,000 deposit remains non-refundable and non transferable but the other amounts may be applied as a transfer credit. Future training dates are subject to change and may not be available immediately.

If We Change or Cancel Your Booking:

Once your booking is confirmed, we will make every effort to deliver the training as planned. However, circumstances may occasionally require adjustments.

Cancellation Due to Minimum Enrollment (200-Hour Trainings)

For all 200-hour programs, if minimum enrollment is not met, we will notify you 30 days prior to the scheduled start date that the training will either be:

  • Cancelled, or

  • Identified as at risk of cancellation (with contingency plan in place)

If the training is cancelled, you may choose between:

  • A full refund of all payments made (minus any credit card or processing fees), or

  • Holding your reservation and applying your payment to a rescheduled training date.

We strongly recommend booking refundable or flexible airfare only after the 30-day confirmation window, and maintaining active travel insurance, as we are not responsible for travel-related expenses.

Cancellation Due to Minimum Enrollment (300-Hour Hybrid Training)

For the 300-hour hybrid training, if minimum enrollment is not met, we will notify you at least 5 days prior to the scheduled start date. At that time, the training will either be cancelled or identified as at risk of cancellation.

If the training is cancelled, you may choose between:

  • A full refund of all payments made (minus any credit card or processing fees), or

  • Holding your reservation and applying your payment to a rescheduled training date.

Because this training begins online, we advise confirming your travel arrangements for the in-person immersion in June only after the program has officially begun.

Independent Travel Arrangements

Travel arrangements you book independently—such as flights, transport, accommodations, or car rentals—are not part of this contract.
We are not liable for any change or cancellation fees associated with these arrangements.

Significant Changes Before the Training

If circumstances beyond our control require us to significantly alter your booking, you may choose to:
a) accept the modified arrangements;
b) transfer to an alternative date (if available); or
c) cancel your booking entirely and receive a refund of all monies paid, minus credit card fees.

These options do not apply to minor changes, which may include: change of accommodations to one of equal or higher quality, change of teacher(s), changes to the class schedule or number of sessions.

 Force Majeure (Circumstances Beyond Our Control)

We are not responsible for cancellations or major changes caused by events including but not limited to: civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, airport or border closures, government restrictions, transportation failures, severe weather, other unforeseeable circumstances outside our control.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will make every effort to deliver the training as planned. However, circumstances may occasionally require adjustments.

  • Please purchase travel medical insurance for your trip and full duration of the training so you have backup coverage for unexpected emergencies.

Certification Eligibility

Certification for all trainings is based on:

  • Full attendance

  • Completion of all assignments, practicum hours, and assessments

  • Demonstration of competency

  • Full payment of tuition

  • For 300 hour trainings: if anyone enrolls in the 300 hour training that has not met the prerequisite 200 hour training, they will be refunded their payment minus cc fees for not meeting the eligibility requirements prior to the start of the training.

If you withdraw early or fail to meet program requirements, you will not receive certification, and no refunds will be issued.

Agreement

By enrolling in any Yoga Veda teacher training, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the above terms in full.
