Chia Seed Pudding

The perfect tri doshic breakfast. Excellent for travel or on the go, especially in summertime or warm climates.

3 TBS chia seeds

1 cup almond or coconut milk

1/8-1/4 cup seeds, nuts or dried fruit of choice: pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, dried coconut flakes

pinch of : cinnamon, cardamon, salt

Stir well, leave overnight in fridge or leave sitting at least 1 hour.

Feel free to add more liquid if its too thick.
